Mailbox type stuck on information

We have a couple voicemail boxes that we just tried to set up on some new extensions. Calls to these numbers (if not answered) were sent to the General Delivery box. When we try to create these mailboxes the type says 'information' and it will not change to subscriber.

What are we doing wrong?

Sounds like Call Pilot 100 or 150 or BCM Call Pilot.

You are out of mailboxes licenses therefore you will need to purchase some.
Info boxes are free and included in system.

That makes sense. Is there a way to check the number of licenses on the phone or do I need to figure out how to connect to CallPilot Manager?

you can do it from the admin programing of the phone (feature 983)
