Mailbox stuck. Says it's open can't delete or access

Hello Again All,

I have a user that dialed into his mailbox and did something horribly wrong. The mailbox is now stuck in with the temporary absence greeting on, blocking all incoming messages, and the mailbox cannot be access or deleted. I get an error from CP saying that the mailbox is in use (when trying to delete it's 60664).

We're using: CallPilot Manager version 05.00.41.39

Connected to CallPilot server, 172.**.**.**, release 05.00.41

Has anyone heard of this before? Any suggestions?
 
Try rebooting the CP server and see if that allows you to manipulate the user.
