Hi Guys,

Got a bit of a funny one here.

I've been looking at the Mailboxes I have configured in "Recipient Configuration" for each user. If I look at the properties of a mailbox it says things like :

Total items : 19
Size (KB): 1325

This is after a user has done a "Send/Receive" from Outlook. It would appear that there is some mail still on the server.

How can I look at these messages and confirm that this is the case?

It seems a bit weird to me...

Cheers,

Blondebier

Okay, I see what you're looking at.

There should be email there. Email should reside on the server. Not so sure why you'd think otherwise.

Are you using Exchange as an Exchange server or a POP3 server? How is Outlook configured to get the email?

I think Pat is right.
