Mailbox size or time limit for the messages

Do you know if there is a time or size limit for the messages received in a mailbox?

I set an embedded voicemail system on a customer system and when we tested how much time a message reach we got a limit of 5min.

Can I set the time limit of the mailbox messages?

I searched in the help files and nothing about the limit.

I found in another thread that the limit is the harddrive size. If there is free space then we should be able to leave long messages.

Here is the status of the harddrive.

There is no way to change the limit on message lengths with embedded VM.
As you have found the limit is 5 minutes.

Call Recording is not limited by the same time.

Can I set call recording to do the same thing as the embedded vm?

I need to set a mailbox number to receive calls and after the beep people leave messages and then those messages are sent to an e-mail.

Can I do that with call recording with 2 vm licenses?

Today the system is working with a voicemail mailbox receiving and forwarding messages to an e-mail.

When people call the mailbox they need to listen an announce before leaving a message and I need to know if record-a-call is capable to do that like voicemail and if I can do that with only 2 voicemail licenses.

Rocerd a call works via manual button pressing or automatically by changing the cos of the user

it only works on trunk calls ( not ext-ext) and will not play an announcement to the person being recorded

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

and due to an endless stream of MiCollab , MiCC issues
Life would be simpler If only they tested products properly before releasing them .....
