I hope someone can help. I have been givin the task of finishing an exchange 2007 rollout. Everything is in place (edge, hub, cas) except for the mailbox server. I am trying to figure out server storage size. i downloaded the Exchange 2007 Mailbox Server Role Storage Requirements Calculator but it is saying I need 7 terabytes for storage. We have 2000 users, we will be using CCR, 1 gig user storage. Medium traffic. I guess my question is, is the calculator close? Does anyone else have a similar setup and does this sound right? I am not that experienced in exchange so please forgive my questions. Due to cutbacks i am just glad to have a job. Any replies are greatly appreciated.

So - you want to deploy Microsoft's product, and you're questioning their requirements for that product?

If you filled out the calculator correctly, then the results should be not only "close", but perfect.
