Running Exchange 5.5 SP3.<br>

Any user may access all or any mailbox they want. NT Password Authentication is not working. Am I missing something?<br>

from any outlook 98 client. Any Joe can read anybody's email. I think it might be an Exchange setting that I am missing. All the clients should be using NT Authentication on the client side. There must be something that tells the server to look for NT Authentication.

I think I have Domain Users set to permissions they should not have.
 
Found problem.<br>
<br>
The only users that should have access in Exchange Administrator are administrators. Check the Organization, configuration container, and server object permissions to see what groups have permissions.
