Mailbox says extension assigned

I tried to add mailbox 3204 on a NAM 4.0 and MICS 5.0 and it says "ext assigned". I printed out the directory and none of the mailboxes had 3204 on them. What am I missing?

That extension is assigned somewhere else, maybe as an alternate extension. Check your printout again and look for alternate extensions.
