Mailbox Restore Error

I have CP 5.01.01
Had a voice mail box earlier in the year - 2510.
Did a backup of the voice mail box 2510 in April then deleted it.
I now need to restore it but am getting errors when doing the restore from the archive.

160923 0750 - LDAP could not add user. LDAP error 60605.
160923 0750 - User NICOLE | LASTNAME | 2510 has been skipped (error code=41813).
160923 0750 - Item ( NICOLE | LASTNAME | 2510 | ) has been skipped due to error 41813.
160923 0750 - Item ( Users | ) has been skipped due to error 0.
160923 0750 - No items could be restored from 'user_Users_Midnightrad4B0D2 150623 2345 2015424141224rad5297F'.

I attempted the restore without the mailbox existing - it failed.
I added the mailbox in and then attempted the restore - it failed.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why I can't restore this mailbox?

There isnt a conflicting SDN is there (just a guess btw)
