Is there any way of having mailboxes replicate between two Exchange 2000 servers, so that they could be held in two different mailbox stores?

The two servers are on different sites and at present if a user's mailbox is held on the mailbox store at the opposite location from where they are, then that site has to be contacted via low bandwidth connection.

no ... would be the short answer. I can think of one thing you could try.

1) Give the user a laptop configured with off-line access so a synced copy of thier mailbox is stored on the laptop.

Hope this helps .... a little
