My wife has a mailbox on her companies Exchange 5.5 server and logs in with her NT account.
She just got new business cards made up and they have the wrong email address due to the fact the address is auto created first initial last name by the printers.
Problem is her last name changed due to marriage.

So we have 123@company.com which is the original address that she needs to keep.

And abc@company.com which is on the cards she gave out and is not a valid mailbox.

So to keep the original but add the abc@company.com what does Tech support have to do,the reason I ask is because it is easier to explain when I know the correct solution.

Is this an alias or an additional mailbox.

Thanks.

This one is pretty simple for the tech team, all that has to be done is put in an extra SMTP address in your wife's mailbox.

To do this...go to Exchange Server Admin, Mailboxes, and double click on her one, then in there, you should see her address, just add in another SMTP one in there, and you also have an option to make it the default address for sending...

Hope this is enough info for you!
