Mailbox Pre Message

I'm an engineer for Wells Fargo Bank / Wachovia. I have a workorder to modify the pre-greeting (disclaimer that plays before the call-answer greeting letting callers know they can't leave trades on voice mail). I can't find where this greeting is, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

This can be in many different places in the Octel.

What type of Octel do you have? It may be in a type 40 mailbox that is set for the info mailbox in the profile of the user and that is hard to find.

Let me know what type you have first and we can go from that point.
