mailbox permissions 1

Exchange 2010 and outlook 2007 client. We have generic mailboxes such as billing@...com that several members need to have access. In 2003 I used to have the ability to allow access but to these mailboxes and map them from within that person's mailbox (rather then loggin onto a different profile). I cannot find anywhere how to do this in 2010. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
