mailbox password lost!

How do I reset my mailbox password on partner mail back to default 1234?

unfortunatly I am the system admin. We have 9 sites that I take care of, eight of them are norstar ICS and BCMs. I have a small garage with a partner acs. Only two mailboxes on system. One guy left and i neeed to reconfig mail box any help would be great!

you need to go into admin programing then go to mailboxs link to avaya in the FAQS at the top of the page you can download a manual and go from there .

Is the voicemail system a Partner Mail Voice Messaging? (The system looks like a wall mounted PC)...... Partner Voice Messaging? (A PC card that slides into one of the 2 slots on the front of the Partner processor).......or either a Partner Mail VS or Avaya Partner Messaging? (Modules that look like the Partner processor. You need either a 2 module or 5 module carrier to use either of these voicemail devices).

If the system is a Partner Voice Messaging, here is a link to the Installation and Programming Guide on Avaya's website. I believe page 32 of 66 give the procedure to reset a mailbox.

If the voicemail system is one of the others, check Avaya's website for documents for the other voicemail systems.

just go into the vm programing and it will walk you thru it. It will ask you to re-int mail box
