Mailbox password is getting disabled automatically

Hi
I have an extension x1200 and the mailbox is getting disabled automatically.The count has been increased automatically for invalid login attempts as below.
Invalid Login Attempts:
13
Without resetting the password I am not able to access the mailbox. Though I reset after sometime gets automatically disabled.
please let me know the cause for it.

Which Callpilot do you have?

Oh sorry
Its a callpilot Server and the version is 05.01.04.03

Sounds like someone are try to access that mailbox and does have the password

I have changed the phone and still the mailbox is getting disabled automatically.
What could be the issue?

Check monitor logs on call pilot for irregular access or so
