Mailbox Park & Page 1

BCM has been upgraded to 3.7 and we were expecting Park & Page availability from our mailboxes but the prompts for allowing access don't appear under mailbox admin. However, the documentation does include Park & Page for adding a Subscriber mailbox. Any idea what the problem might be and how to fix it would be appreciated! Thanks

Park and page didn't come out on the BCM until 4.0. The doc you are reading is a shared doc between BCM and Norstar Call Pilot 150

Yes nortel saved 'major' by making a single manual for 3 different products having the same name !!
I've had lot of fun with name changes like
from Call Center Reporting to Reporting for Call Center
