mailbox not initialized

the voicemail is a startalk A or B not sure.

When callers call in they get a recording "This mailbox has not been initialized". If i set AA to 3 rings AA picks up. If AA is set to 4 or more rings they get this message.

Now, the customer told me they thought they had to initialized mailbox 102 which they thought was general delivery. But the password is still the same "1020000". I can not see where they had made the changes to make this message come on.

Anyone have any thoughts.

100 is general delivery and 102 is sys admin mailbox

gen dely can take messages without being initialized ...

Sounds to me like someones vm CFDA might be set to 4 rings or less...
