Mailbox Manager - Untitled Attachment received :(

Hi all.

I have two exhange servers running mailbox manager. When they submit their reports to my inbox, one is called report.txt, whereas the other is called 'untitled attachment' with no file extension which is a pain in the you-know-what.

Does anyone know why this is or where you can give the report a name?
