Here is the situation. We have an AD forest that consists of a parent and
three child domain. Parent NY, LD and SHA. The parent domain has all of our
servers for New York office exchange 2003 included. All of the New York users
are in child domain (NY). I am trying to run mailbox manager to clean out
emails in the inbox of all the users on this exchange server.

I set the criteria to older than 365 days for inbox, send with nothing foe
size. When I run the report it is only processing 42 mailboxes. In the filter
I check users with Exchange mailboxes and under the storage tab I select the
exchnage server name. I do a find and it find all the user mailboxes on the
server. But the report only shows 42.

What I did notice was that all of the users that the report shows are only
users that are in parent domain. 42 users are still left including some test
accounts. No users from the child domain (NY) are showing up. Even though the
filter seach clearly see's all the users who have a mailbox on this server.

HELP!

Any ideas?
