Mailbox Manager Questions

Hello everyone,

Long time lurker, love this forum.

I am a Cisco guy who needs to get into a pair of old Octel's to get out some programming. (Way out of my comfort zone here) I was given a copy of "Avaya Call Manager 4.01.01.4" which I can find zero documentation on. I have found the manuals for versions 5, 5.3, and 5.6.(which I do not have and can not locate.) I cannot seem to figure out how to add more then the one system I added upon install, and I can not connect to even that system as it says the serial number does not match the server. (I am able to connect to the Octel via Procomm+ and the serial number I got off the box shows up in the system programming....)

Any help with this would be great, I am lost here.

Are you using Mailbox manager or Avaya Call Manager ?

Mailbox manager will only allow you to connect to one system unless you have a lic file from unimax for multiple systems.

If you need the info pulled our we offer that service.
