Mailbox Manager Operator Session

Hi, I have a Mailbox Manager user (Operator) who cannot log in. When attempting to log in she receives a message stating that there is already a session in use for her login account. She apparently didn't close out gracefully. Is there a way to reset or cancel her current Mailbox Manager session so that she can log in again? Thanks!
 
Yes close MBM and restart it. Unless you have the faircom passwords to close each operator the only way is a restart of MBM

If I could get the Faircon passwords, how would I go about closing them?
 
It will show you a control panel that will allow you to log them out but i doubt you will get it. If you do let me know.
