Exchange service pack 1 come with a utility called "Mailbox manager" which enable you to perform automatic processing of the content of user's mailboxes.
I have created a policy to delete all messages older than 30 days in each user's "deleted items" but it doesn't work. i wonder if it's a problem with cluster environment.
any ideas for this issue?
