Mailbox locked?

Client has CallPilot 150. Upon initial set-up, I entered "0" under password expiration for "Class of Service" 1.

This morning, client calls and says mailbox locked...

What else would cause the mailbox to lock?

Password expiry in COS is not the issue. Too many bad tries at accessing MB. You will need to reset the password.
 
I thought that might have something to do with it, but the client insisted they didn't forget their password. Maybe another employee was trying to hack it.

Or someone from the outside was trying to hack the VM. If you use the mailbox activity report, you can see when tha pass was locked out. I've found a few locked out at 2-3 A.M and know that the customer wasn't doing it.
