mailbox locked

I have one user on a 3.1 MM that says "locked" when trying to log in via TUI. The web admin does not show that it's locked. I've tried locking and unlocking from the web admin and reset the password, but to no avail. Still says LOCKED from the TUI - any ideas?

Are you sure it is the same mailbox and not a secondary ext ?

If you look at the OHV when you try to log in that may help

Yes - it is trying to log into the same mailbox. Where can you get a list of LOCKED mailboxes? Could this be an FEDB issue?

Did an FEDB resynch. Avaya deleted the tombstones from MSS. Now they are recommending rebooting both servers. Ummmm....hope that does the trick!
