Hi. I have a locked mailbox because someone tried wrong passwords.
I have tried three methods to reset password and it still remains locked.
I do not want to delete the mailbox and restablish it as there are messages on the that I need to listen to.
I have reset the password through feature 983, through feature *85 and also feature **266344. It still remains locked!!!
