I have a customer with a Magix messaging 2.5 in a Magix 2.0. They have 1 mailbox that when you try to retrieve messages says "You cannot get your messages now because your mailbox is already in use" and has been like this for about a day now. What did they do to get it in this condition snd, more to the point, what do I do to get it out of this condition? I would rather not fully default the mailbox. Any help would be appreciatted. Thanks.

Reboot the VM unit, either power down the whole Magix, which will reboot the VM also, or log into the System Administrator's box, press 9 for programming, then dial 989-reset
