Is there a way to stop the "Mailbox Size Exceeded" warning message from repeating every 15 minutes? We have users who frequently exceed the limit but with this message going out so often, it quickly brings the mailbox size to the send/receive cutoff limit.

One warning every few hours would be enough.

Thanks

It depends on how you want to change the settings?

In the Exchange Administrator you can look at the Properties of the Private Information Store where you set the Global Mailbox Limits.

On each persons individual mailbox, you can either have them assume these limits or set different limits specifically to them.

I don't recall off the top of my head that you can set a time option for how often they are reminded. Jason Wilder

Go to the Informnation Store Site Configuration object, if you look at the Storage Warnings page you can choose Always, Never or Selected Times. Always means every 15 mins. If you pick Selected Times you can then choose the time(s) of the day or night you want the warnings sent out.

Hope this helps
