Hi All - I have an old Legend system with Merlin Mail. 2 extensions are giving me trouble. Both are DIDs.
Ext. 101 goes to voicemail as it should during the day. At night, it goes to the auto attendant instead.
The dial zero for x103 goes to the night AA. It has a personal operator of x100.
Customer reports that these problems are isolated to these 2 extensions. I checked the dial zero time out, checked the mailbox COS, made sure I was dealing with the right AA. If the problem is in the Legend rather than the Merlin Mail, I am shaky on programming. Any ideas?
