mailbox in use

We have a customer with a Partner mail vs. One mailbox is unable to login. The system says the mailbox is currently in use.

In the past we've rebooted the whole ACS and the VS to alleviate the problem. Is this necessary. Is there another way?
 
to be clear it says "you cannot get your messages now due to multiple logins, please disconnect".
 
No, you must reboot the ACS, which will reboot the voice mail, with Feature 00, Left Intercom Twice, #728
 
Ok I did the reboot and it worked fine. I asked her to check her messages, she heard that she had 8 messages and hung up choosing not to listen at that time (!). When I left the room she then decided to listen and the voicemail once again said "you cannot get your messages now due to multiple logins, please disconnect".

I suggested that we wait 5 minutes and try it again, it resolved itself. weird.
 
Teach her to dial **9 before hanging up. Don't know why it is hanging, my be on its last legs, and forced disconnect will at least free it up.
