I am running an nt based network and am currently creating new user account for the existing users. Therefore in exchange I have to point the current NT Account to the new user account I have created for them.
So when they open outlook it asks if you want to import the new account and you click yes. This means that everything that was in there inbox and is imported to there new account. However some one clicked no and there are no e-mails in the inbox and it is just kike a brand new mailbox.
How can I retrieve all of his previous settings and items that were in his old e-mail account. Could you please point me in the direction of how to do it and where I could find out how to do this. All help is greatfully appriated.
