Mailbox greeting

Is there a way to have mailbox give you a greeting and then terminate the call. We do not want anyone to leave messages at the current time but will in the future.

depends on the mail type as to how it's done.. i would build an announcement service, then later make it a voice mail box... works the same way, any dn goes to mail, mail (both) checks the voice service dn table, if not found there, looks for a mb.. an ann service gives you the options when you build it, to hang up or transfer.. if you need the steps to bild either, just ask, someone here will help
