We have a user who's whole mailbox emptied when he went to "Hit the Road" and downloaded his messages, now when he logs into his mailbox all his messages are gone, but he can see them when he is not connected to the network server. He did get a message when he tried to log in on the server that said his mailbox needed to be repaired and to restart the application and it would automatically be done. This did not happen. The user had to log out and log back in to Workstation only mode in Win XP Home in order for Groupwise to rebuild the message database.

Also same user has a problem with ODMA Intergration and MS Project 2000. Not sure exactly what the error message was but it was was something like ODMA intregration cannot start please restart the application.

He is using Windows XP Home on a Laptop.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
