Two users changed offices. I went through the Change DN procedure so now their old extension numbers now ring in their new offices. However, their voicemail is going to the wrong place.
User C ext 2258 changed places with user S at 2229.
I changed DN's 2229>2258. Both users are getting their calls. However C's voicemail is going to mailbox 2229 and User S voicemail is going to mailbox 2258. In Voicemail manager, mailbox 2258 IS associated with extension 2258 and mailbox 2229 is associated with extension 2229. What do I need to do so when user's C and S open their mailboxes from their phone set so they actually get the proper mailbox. (They are getting each other's mailbox).
I suppose this is as clear as mud.
