Outlook user is having problems receiving mails. Send and Receive is freezing as well as 'retreiving mail from ms exchange server' box.
a) Other users on LAN are fine
b) Same problems for particular user on various PCs
c) When I logged in on the current PC, I have same issues with my mailbox
therefore, it's not a problem with the users mailbox or the connection, or a particular PC. Seems to be corruption caused by the user logging on which then affects any user on that PC?
I did a Virus Check - none found...help!
