Mailbox Cleanup

I am new to call pilot and am trying to determine if it will allow me to export mailbox info to a .csv file that I can then clean up and import back into call pilot (after deleting the original mailboxes). If so, I would like to know what type of access I will need on the system to do so.

I beleive I have figured out this issue which now brings me to another one. When I out these mailboxes will they automatically be removed from all distribution lists and if so, how do I add them back in once I finish rebuilding them (aside from having to manually add them back into the lists)?
