Mailbox backup- Some stop backing up.

Working with Legato Networker 6.0.2 and Exchange 5.5 on a Windows 2000 server. Am using the Legato BSM for Exchange 2.0 SP4. Setup mailbox backup for 35 mailboxes. All was fine for about 3 months, then of a sudden, a few had problems backing up. They would not always be the same mailbox and Legato reported not being able to find the mailbox. I have another remote site having the same issue. Has anyone experience this?
