Partner Mail VS R5.0 has 4 AAs but they answer different lines; they do not appear to provide layering - I don't believe an AA answering 4 lines can then provide callers with a selector option which routes the call to another of the AAs.
If this is true, could the AA route the call to an extension at the KSU into which a patch cord is connected from that extension to an unused line port. Then, that "line" is programmed with DXD providing more options, thus acting as a multi layered AA?
Similarly, could the primary auto attendant transfer calls to an extension with a patch cord connected to that ext at the KSU which is connected to a line port and then ASA answers that "line" to provide a call center type capability?
