Mail VS r4 - reinitialize mailbox

I have just reinitialized a users voicemail box and informed them that the password was 1234#. I have not changed any of the passwords on the system and thought this should be it. Where should I go from here?

Log back into mailbox 99, 9 for admin, 4 for mailboxes, enter the mailbox number to change and choose the option to reset the mailbox password. 1234 is the default password.

If all you wanted to do is reinitialize 1 mailbox, you have completed the task.

Found it was a bad disk sector. Was unable to reset password or reinitialize voicemail box at all. Oh well, another disk bites the dust.
