Mail To... does not work properly

In my Outlook 2000, my address book has all the names I entered. I can find them easily.

When I send new mail and click on To...
to open the address book, I can only seem to find
by Full Name...so

Mr. Tony Jones is under "M" not "T".
Is there any way to change this?

Also, not all the names show up under To...
though they do if I open the address book directly.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not automatically for old entries. Open each contact and change the "File as" option (drop down list box) to something more useful.

The other option is to ensure your services are setup correctly in tools services. If outlook is checking the right address books, then when you address stuff you only need to type in a few letters of their names...

I'm not getting the list from the File As...I am getting it from the Full Name ??
