We are currently having problems receiving particular emails from an external source generated by a script.
When the email is received at our end it is automatically checked with clearswift mail sweeper and the email always gets caught in our undetermined folder.
When examining the reason why the mail sweeper thought it was undetermined its lists the error as
"the base 64 data is invalid"
We are not sure why it is getting caught as it appears to conform to RFC standards.
We ideally need to know why this keeps getting caught as we are starting to receive large volumes of email each day and are continually having to release the email from the undetermined folder.
Here is the RAW message data.
