Mail stuck in Outbox - Exchange/Outlook 2003

Hi everyone.

Just did a fresh install of Small Business Server 2003. Went well except one user can't send mail. The messages just sit in his Outbox. Click Send/Receive and get no error messages. They don't actually get delivered to the client either. Any thoughts? Any way to check if the users Exchange data is corrupt?

Tried recreating his profile?

Tried disabling any virus checker running?

Yeah, I basically deleted his cached copy of his exchange data, and recreated the cached data. I don't remember the exact order of operations, but it worked.
