Mail stuck in Internet Mail Connector

Have tried all MS related fixes to no avail. Restored from backup, after 45 mins got same mail again, when the message whichy was stuck should have had an NDR before now. Tries MDBVU32.exe but get error before being able to move the bad message. Help!!
