I have a client who is running XP Pro sp1 and is using Groupwise 6.0 as the default e-mail (per company standards). When he opens the address book it is completely blank. I went into Mail>Services to see if the Groupwise address book had been added and only tab was Accounts. There was no place to configure Services. I went to another machine with a similar setup and it had a place to configure Mail Services. Can anybody tell me what is missing in the first setup and how do I fix it?
