Hello,
I recently installed sendmail with spamassassin and am accessing mail via pop or imap. Everything seemed to be working fine until about a week ago I received all the messages that had already been delivered to that account since it was created.
I figured it was just a fluke, and didn't worry about it, but today the same thing happened, and this time all 75 messages (including the ones that were previously re-sent) re-sent to me with the three new ones. Here is the message from /var/log/maillog:
ipop3d[9782]: Message 76 UID 699 greater than last 75
Is this a known problem with an easy configuration fix? If not, does anyone know how to stop this? I only want messages delivered once!
Thanks,
Scott - Novice Mail Server Administrator
