Mail server routing in PIX

i have mail server (10.10.8.2)which is connected inside network and PIX internal IP is 10.10.7.1, I have NATed mail server IP address to public IP address.
email is going fine from last few years. i don't know, why my PIX outside IP is keep blacklist in CBL. i have checked my mail server doesn't work as open relay. I have noticed in email header, it is showing
Received:gw1.domain.com(EHLO mail.domain.com)[ pix outside IP: xxxx]

why it is not showing mail server NATed public IP address instead of outside IP of pix.

how i can fix this? i want, when mail send from mail server, it should go throuh with NATed mail server public IP.
Received:gw1.domain.com(EHLO mail.domain.com)[mail server public IP: xxxx]

please help me out.
