Hello all,
Has anyone seen this before?
----------------------------------------------------------
Backup of "\\MAIL01\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group "
Backup set #3 on storage media #1
Backup set description: "Media created 12/10/2002 03:23:55 PM"
Backup Type: FULL - Database & Logs (flush committed logs)
Backup started on 1/6/2003 at 1:18:13 PM.
The Exchange Store service is not responding. Backup set canceled.
^ ^ ^ ^ ^
Backup completed on 1/6/2003 at 1:38:38 PM.
Backed up 0 Exchange Server store(s)
Processed 2,005,129,230 bytes in 20 minutes and 25 seconds.
Throughput rate: 93.7 MB/min
----------------------------------------------------------
The mail server (the remote machine) then reboots itself and the backup moves on to the next set.
Here are the particulars:
-Backup Exec 8.6
-Open File turned off
-Windows 2000 Advanced
-Exchange 2000
From my estimation it gets almost all of the way through the Information Store when this happens. I know this because I was watching it today when it happened.
Any ideas?
Travis
