Mail serve not distributing emails internally

Dear All

I am not familiar with Groupwise in any way, i have a client who's groupwise / Novell server has simply stopped distributing emails internally, incoming and outgoing emails are fine....when they come in they just sit on the server....they then have to be manually distributed by an internal user.

Any suggestions.

Version and service pack level of the GroupWise being used; you get this my typing in m gw* at the server console, post back what you find for GWPOA.NLM and GWMTA.NLM.

Also, version and service pack level of the NetWare server, get this by just typing in version at the server console.

So the email is comming in to the GWIA? how are you manually distributing these mails to the internal users?

When you look at your domain, are all domains, pos and gateways running? You find this in the GWMTA screen.

Is your POA even running? When users are in the same PO, mail never touches the MTA and get routed directly to the user.
