Hi All

I have a user who created a roule to forward mails to an other addressee. It's about two weeks, he deactivated this rule and also deleted it. But the other addressee still gets mails forwarded. And another weird thing is, it's only autoforwarding certain mails, not all, just by "now and then"...?
I've checked his mail client, no rule. I also checked his local agent, nothing.

Any ideas what I can do?

Thanx a lot,
Sue.

Hello,

You can issue the command "tell amgr sh status". Is anything listed that would hint something scheduled?

I would also open his mail file using Designer and check the Agents view.

Hope this helps.

Rgds,

John
