Mail rule changed, but still sending to old addressee

I have a mail rule that was setup to forward messages to a certain person. I changed the rule to send to a different person and now the messages are forwarding to both people- even though the original person is not in the rule.

A couple of other things:
This mailbox is a shared box used by several people.
The rest of the rule was unchanged, only the addressee was modified.
The rule is the first in the list and none of the other rules forward messages.
I am running Notes 6.

Any help would be appreciated as this has me stumped. Thanks!
