Mail Route software | Excel import?

Hello!

I work for a start-up newspaper, and we're starting the process of home delivery. Does anyone know of any good mail route software that can create route maps from addresses, AND that might be able to import Excel documents? We have about 600 addresses in an Excel document, and we have no idea how we're gonna get them from that document onto a sweet mail route map. Got any ideas?
