Mail removed from Inbox when replied to

Whenever one of my users replies to an e-mail that e-mail is removed from the inbox. It comes up in all documents view and is in the sent folder but is removed from the inbox. I have checked the view--->Show---->Unread setting and this is not it. All documents both read and not read are being displayed in the inbox.

In design of notes mail file version 7 when you reply to message this document gets special icon in view that shows that you did a reply to this message.

Is it possible that you sort view by that colon.

Thank you for your reply but I have found the solution. It appears that when you use the wrong mail template you can get this problem. I updated the client and the mail template and the problem went away.
